Common Thread Circle will meet on Mondays, August 5, 12, 19, and 26th at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church in Room D100 from 2-4 p.m. Happy Hands will meet at Spring Branch Presbyterian Church on Wednesday. August 28th from 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Knitted scarves, hospital walker bags, pillows, stuffed animals for the children’s wards, and knitted bears, all made for hospital patients in the Houston area this month.  

The Common Thread Circle will meet at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church in Room D100 from 2-4 p.m. on Mondays, July 1, 8, 22, and 29. We will not meet on Monday, July 15, due to Vacation Bible School. Happy Hands will meet at Spring Branch Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, July 24, from 9:30-11:30.

The Common Thread Circle will meet from 2-4 p.m. on Mondays, June 3, 10, 17, and 24th, in Room D100  at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church. Happy Hands will meet at Spring Branch Presbyterian Church from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 26.

The Common Thread Circle will meet at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church in Room D100 on Mondays, May 6, 13, and 20th.  Will will not meet on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27th.

The Common Thread Circle will meet on Mondays, April 1, 8, and 29, from 2-4 p.m. at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church in Room D100.  (We will not meet on April  15 during Holy Week .  The church is closed the day after Easter, April 22.)  

 Students in the Team Leadership Class at Tays Junior High School in Katy, Texas, stuffed 140 pillows for Common Thread in February!  This was part of their service to the community.  Joan Garofalo, a member of Common Thread, made the arrangements.  She is pictured below with her granddaughters.
